Julie Wilkes

As a heart disease survivor, Julie believes she was given a second chance at life for a reason. She finds that that when she is sharing the inspiration behind her second chance with others, she is living into her life purpose.

Julie is the North American Wellness Lead for Accenture, a Global Fortune 500 Company, CEO and Owner of Seven Studios (a yoga and fitness studio), published author of The 7 Life Miracles, a Life Coach, a motivational speaker and an entrepreneur, owning several companies, including: aromatherapy product lines, an online life coaching series and a public speaking academy.

Julie has a Master’s Degree in Education-Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor’ s Degree in International Business from Marietta College. She has her Registered Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour certification with Yoga Alliance and fitness and pilates certifications from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, and Fitour. She also has a life coach certification from Well Coaches.

Julie has appeared on The Carol Alt Show with Fox News, interviewed on The Marilu Henner Show and has been featured on many television shows and new stations either as a fitness/wellness expert, author of motivational content or entrepreneur. Julie has spoken and presented across the globe, including at the White House, The Tower of London, the US Chamber of Commerce, TED Talk, Solutions at Work Live, various national health conferences, the National Business Group on Health, International Women’s Day, and the US Department of Defense. In 2016, she was selected a one of “25 Remarkable Women” from Role Model Magazine and one of 12 ‘Women You Should Know’ in Central Ohio by the Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) organization. Julie has been featured in numerous magazines including: FITNESS Magazine, Columbus CEO, Weight Watchers Magazine, Fit Columbus Magazine and others. Julie has shot over 80 fitness and motivational videos, has several health and wellness mobile phone apps and is an author and often serves as a subject matter expert for local and national news stories. Julie won the Employee Benefits Newsmagazine Leadership In Health Care Award, was selected as one of FITNESS MAGAZINE’S Top 10 Champions of Health and Wellness, was named a 40 Under 40 award winner, TechColumbus Innovation Award Finalist, one of 100 Buckeyes You Should Know, and a lululemon athletica ambassador. Julie is also an animal lover and volunteers with several pet organizations. She is also passionate about the Make a Wish organization and serves as a wish granter for children with life-threatening illness.

Life Coaching is a special part of Seven Studios created by Julie Wilkes. Consider your life a map, and life coaching your compass. You make the decisions on where you’re going; life coaching provides you guidance and navigational cues to help you to get there.

Julie offers private one-on-one programs and online coaching.

One-on-one Coaching

During this twelve-week one-on-one life coaching program, you will start with a 90-minute kick-off session focused on creating your vision. That vision will be the foundation used to develop weekly goals and monthly milestones that cumulate to reaching your final goal or milestone. Julie helps you create a gap analysis to determine where you are in your life vs. where you want to be and helps you break down those gaps into easy, manageable steps. Using positive goal-setting techniques and focusing on creating powerful habits that last a lifetime. You will learn to leverage Julie’s 7 Method (published in the book, The 7 Life Miracles) as the philosophy and guiding principles of success. In each week, you’ll be given a special focus using one of 7 areas of inspiration, to add excitement and positivity to your journey.

One-on-one life coaching is a 12-week program

  • Week 1 – Kickoff meeting, vision creation
  • Week 2 – Goal & milestone setting
  • Weeks 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 – Email check-in and updates
  • Weeks 4, 6, 8, 10 – In person/Skype session to evaluate and evolve goals and vision
  • Week 12 – Completition of series (and vision or milestone) – Celebration and award!

In the 7 Method Online Life Coaching, you’ll commit to 8 weeks of adventures, where we will begin by creating a vision and goals. In each subsequent week, you’ll have a ~30 minute or less video to watch which will give you inspiration, assignments, and techniques for not only setting but truly achieving your goals. Weekly topics include: nutrition, fitness, overcoming challenges, getting organized and much more. This method allows you to focus on your goals in a supportive, inspiring and fun environment while allowing you to go at your own pace.
